Schneider Named Plant Operations Director for LeMar Industries

Plant Operations Director
MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Erik Schneider has been named LeMar Plant Operations Director for Brock Grain Systems according to Will Mabee Vice President and General Manager for the CTB, Inc. business unit. In his new role, Schneider will lead engineering, design, operations, and facility management. Additionally, he will be responsible for mentoring and developing talent and working with the management team and human resources to recruit new personnel.
Schneider joins CTB with twenty years of experience in manufacturing including supply chain and operations roles with major equipment manufacturers. Some of his key experiences include improving plant quality, employee satisfaction and retention, as well as long-range and strategic manufacturing planning.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Schneider earned a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Studies and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management.
Schneider will be relocating to Ankeny, Iowa.
